All products purchased from our company provide a 7-day exchange service for defective products. Within 7 days after receipt, if you find any problems with the product and need to exchange, you can email to healthkeymall@gmail.com.
Products that cannot be exchanged:
1) The purchase period has exceeded 7 days.
2) The product has been opened or has been used (except for product deterioration)
3) The customer has a sensitive reaction to the purchased product (the customer is not suitable to use the product).
4) The customer is dissatisfied with the efficacy, color difference, size, and color of the purchased product.
5) All intimate items are non-returnable (for example: stockings, pants, etc.).
6) Any discounted products or special offers that show no returns accepted.
7) Any free gifts and trial gifts.
8) Man-made damage during shipping (the company ensures that it has been inspected and packaged in good condition before sending).
The company guarantees that all products are genuine. If the customer suspects that the product may have deteriorated and requests a return, we will send the goods back to the relevant manufacturer or agent for inspection and verification. The normal processing time is 3-4 weeks.
